Getting Started is Easy
first class free!
First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be in shape to join?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- What membership plan is right for me?
Then we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.

What kind of workouts does FIIT CULTURE offer?
FIIT CULTURE specializes in strength training, hybrid workouts (strength + cardio), and personal training. Our classes focus on real results through progressive strength training, functional movements, and supportive coaching.
Do I need to be in shape before joining?
Not at all. We meet you where you are. You don’t get fit to join, you join to get fit.
How long are your classes?
Sunday - Friday classes are 45 minutes. Our Saturday classes are 60 minutes.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Just water, comfortable workout clothes, and a positive attitude. We provide all equipment.
Can I modify exercises for injuries?
Absolutely. Our coaches provide modifications for injuries, limitations, and mobility needs.
Is FIIT CULTURE good for beginners?
Yes! All fitness levels are welcome. Our classes are designed for workouts to be done by beginners or veteran gym-goers. There are no expectations to lift a certain weight or maintain a certain speed, you go at your own pace and our coaches are here to help with form and modifications as necessary.
What is a hybrid workout?
Hybrid workouts combine strength training with conditioning for a balanced, effective session. You’ll build muscle, improve endurance, and burn fat, all in one class.
Is strength training safe?
Yes! When coached properly, strength training is one of the safest and most effective ways to improve your body composition, bone density, metabolism, and overall health.

We focus on real strength training, progressive overload, and providing workouts that give you real results!
How do I sign up?
You can sign up through our website or book your free first class directly online.
