A Day at FIIT CULTURE

It’s 5:00 AM in East Hanover.

Lights on. Music low. Barbells set.

By 5:15 AM, the first members walk in: professionals, busy moms, early risers, all here for one reason:

Morning: Structured Strength

The coach reviews the workout:
